Résumé :
Kyudo, the oldest martial art in Japan, has been established about 800 years ago as a fighting technique. Today, Kyudo has spread not only in Japan but also throughout the world to train our bodies and mind. This seminar will introduce the historical origins of Kyudo and its influence on people.
