This conference will examine how cultural gender social norms influence the possibility for Professional Migrant Women to take an active role in the professional sphere of Big Four accounting firms in Luxembourg.
The presentation will then highlight the interplay of factors that enable Professional Migrant Women to distance themselves from their cultural gender norms and thus progress in their careers.

Hélène Langinier is Associate Professor at EM Strasbourg - University of Strasbourg. Her research and teaching focus on intercultural management, expatriate adjustment, and linguistic diversity.
